True....We heat with wood, so I know how wonderful that is!

Since you don't know where I live, I'm about 7 hours from her town.

We don't have a wood stove but we do really need the lumber.

Mom accidentally did that once- except she had it fall toward me. It was the biggest Oak on our property and completely dead.
I had to run for my life.

Sweet. We took down a over 100 year old oak a week or two ago, it was rotting and starting to get dangerous, two foot wide limbs would just randomly drop anywhere.

It's not the first time he's felled a tree into another tree, first time it was a three foot wide pine and he managed to get it perfectly in the center of the Y on my peach tree I started from seed. It was about three or four years old then, we duck taped it back together, I believe it's going on fifteen or sixteen years now and still growing strong.
