XD just wrap chicken wire around it and don't jump on it when chickens are under it! I've seen someone use a trampoline for a broiler pen/shade before. She said it worked great.

Awesome! I've thought about taking plywood and running it along the bottom and running chicken wire on it, and making it a BIG brooder I'd probably cover it in a tarp, so they don't get wet.

I'm sure I'd have a line of BYCers that wanted them
