So one of my EEs laid her first egg on the second of this month, about 3 days later she laid her second egg. She hasn't laid since...... Why not?

She's probably still getting used to the laying cycle. As she matures, she'll get more consistent.

That's true.... My other EE laid like 3 days before her. She now is laying almost large sized eggs consistently.
