It WAS a bear.
I ran outside and made a complete fool of myself incoherently shooting and banging pans.
Finally the thing left-
Completely unharmed. Because #1, I don't want to injure a bear and make it enraged, and #2, I wasn't directly aiming for it.


EDIT: Besides, you can't kill a bear with a .22

Oh nice. Speaking of which, I'm doing target practice today since the goats are locked up Got a .22 for Christmas and have yet to actually shoot it....
