Sorry I disappeared, I went to look in the incubator and had to watch Big Mama's third duckling hatch. There are two or three more zips on her side and a couple on the other. I'm up to eleven. Do you know what that means??? I'm a crazy duck guy!!! It means I have 46
Ducks. I'll be selling most of this batch, I'll try and sex a few females and keep them and cull down to about 25 or so. 25 seems like a nice number. 20 hens and 5 or 6 drakes. That's almost two dozen eggs a day so About 11 dozen a week. (Or about 140 eggs.)

An uncle?

Nope. After talking with one of our neighbors, turns out he's sorta the town's mentally unstable legend.
Somewhere around ten years ago, he had a wife and three kids and a job at a prestigious veterinary college near us. One day he drove to work and on the way there, he suffered some sort of unforeseen amnesia attack and lost all memory of his entire life. He got out of the car and wasn't seen for a year. He reappeared, in tattered clothing and barely recognizable, a few years back. No one knows where he was for all of those months. He made no attempt to go home, and even made an insinuation that he knew he had a home. Now he wanders the streets in camo, completely silent, and daily takes free food from only one cafe at lunch and dinner, never saying a single word. He apparently hasn't said a single word in ten years. -_-
