Also, the chick was not coming out of the egg after 24 hours, so I helped it. I think it is weak.

Yeah, I was first going to going to go with a Mal but Everybody just had registered pups and wanted $800-$1200 and that is just too much for me to justify for a pet animal... I would much rather spend that money on vet bills, feed, etc.

Make sure it stays hydrated. If its too weak to drink it'll die for sure.

I wouldn't for a pet... Now, I am going to be getting 2-bernese pups and I spend 1500-each but I plan on breeding... This is for registered, Top notch dogs.

I would only pay more than $800 for a working pitbull/greyhound cross. Or MAYBE a well bred cur. But seriously, who wants to pay a boatload of cash for a PET?!

I don't think I'd pay more then $400 for any dog. Unless it was a really awesome ES, cause trust me I would pay $800 for one of those ESs that are in Alaska that take out Grizzly bears.

Okay. It is still laying there but now it is trying to walk.
I have a dropper, I will feed it water with that. Should I give it to my broody or keep it in my brooder? There is another egg going to hatch probably tomorrow, so it would have company....?

Yeah, My dad was tempted to pay $750 for a well-bred dog but it was just going to be a pet and there are so many good dogs in shelters or just needing a home.
