She compares the lowly DOG
TO THE CHICKENS!!!!!
SERIOUSLY MOM WHAT THE HECK!!!!
And granted the chickens technically are lower than Aspen (technically), but chickens and dogs are two VERY DIFFERENT SPECIES ALTOGETHER. And keep in mind my CHICKENS pay for their own feed!!!! And WHAT does that filthy DOG do?!?!!

Well, that random outburst of mine was nothing to do with the dogs, but...

I say shoot em.
Some dogs are worthless like that. They pay for no food, they live life meaninglessly, and they couldn't appear more perfect in the eyes of adults. *~*

Dogs were domesticated to DO THINGS.
HUNT, HERD, GUARD, PULL.
NOT BE COMPANIONS!!!!
At least not originally....tbh Penelope really isn't horrible. Granted, she's REALLY spoiled, but when she's outside she becomes one pretty great farm dog. And she ADORES the bunnies. They actually PLAY WITH HER! Its so cute to watch.

But back to hating dogs.
At least Tuco agrees with me that Aspen is stupid.
