Dad already has a house he is contacting our realtor about.

It is on 1-acre and is 3-beds-2-baths.

I love this house... It would be amazing if we could buy this place.

Okay, the reason we are doing this is- My dad and nana are leaving tomorrow to pick up my cousin, He is coming to live with us since his mom (my aunt) died last night.
