True Amaraucana or EE?

I bought two Amaraucanas on the same day, they looked almost identical as chicks. Now one is smaller and has the tufts and beard like Amaraucanas do, but the other does not and has a longer neck. Do Amaraucanas have to have the beard and tufts to be classified as one, or is she considered an EE? I'll attach pics of both of them. Thanks!

Those are both Easter Eggers. Easter Eggers are mutts, and while most will have beards, some will not.
