"Stripe-r" was purchased from a feed store as a couple days old chick sexed as female but I'm starting to get worried she may be a he. About 10 weeks old. Any thoughts?

The chicken has a very plump and red comb and it looks like he's forming saddle feathers!!Thank you guys for responding. Do you mind pointing out what the characteristics are that led you to the gender and breed conclusion so I can learn? Thank you!
Comb alone says cockerel. But tail also says cockerel to me.
Leg color and not only non approved color/pattern but a mixed pattern confirms its not an ameraucana.
List him for free or eat him.Thanks again for the help! What do I do???? We can't have roosters here and the feed store doesn't take them back!
