True noobie

Yet another question, do the chickens naturally go in their coop or do they need to be trained to do it? Well I guess I mean in the coop where the roost and nesting boxes are and at night.

If you put them in the coop for 3-7 days with food and water, they'll learn that, that is their safe place. And it doesn't hurt to put treats in there in the evening when you want them to go in. Yes, they need to be trained.
 
If you have an enclosed run, you can also collect them and put them to bed at night. They will figure it out and put themselves away in a few days. It helps to have a light in the coop to draw them in when it starts getting dark outside.
