I am not new to chickens but I am restarting after a dog killed my entire flock.
I had 17 hens until February when a dog wiped me out
I’m in the process of rebuilding and will go back with Rhode Islands
I love automation and have bought much of the automated equipment for the new coop

I’m single and live alone out in the country with my two dogs, Bogie and Bacall, and I’ll be ramping my chickens up to 100+.
I’m assembling a 15’X10’ shed to build into a coop with runs, automated doors, fans, heat, lights and cameras. I will never lose birds to predators on the ground. The dog who killed my hens is now in custody. He will be reconditioned and rehomed
