SO I was picking up the feed for my dogs and asked if they had chicken feed, and they did, so purchased a 60# bag from them. The dog food I get is a powder that I mix with water to a crumble consistancy. So I don't know why I was surprised to discover that the chicken feed was also a powder- Here is my question, can I feed it as a powder or do I have to mix it with water everyday? I mixed some of it with the pellets and grains last night and put in the feeders so I hope it will work in that form..let me know what you folks think..

It's in mash form. Folks feed that dry all the time.
