I honestly have no idea but I would guess #2 is a roo. All are very cute. I love this awkward age.

# 2 looks like a roo and # 3 looks like a pullet to me. 1 & 4 it's hard to say for me
 
I'm thinking
#1 seeing some pink wattle- possible roo
#2 definite roo
#3 pullet
#4 that's a pretty good size comb for a 2 week old- possible roo

My BR girls are fully feathered in at that age, color looks dark which typically leads to girly, but the lack of feathers and solid yellow legs, makes me think of roo.

I agree with the last person. The second is the only roo I see. I just rehomed a month old BR roo and his comb was way red and big. Good luck!
