What sex are my two 8-week old peachicks?

They both look like Males both are pretty dark and hens will start to lighten up.

Correction- the chicks are 9 weeks old today.
(It took me an entire week to figure out how to get a couple of pictures on the forum!)

They are dark, could be some spalding making them darker.

Top pic my guess female , males should start getting the dark scales on his back, 2nd pic looks like the scales maybe coming in.

Another few weeks should be able tell for sure. Thing about Blackshoulders, females will be different shades. The males at 3 months the back scales show.
