What kind of roo is this? He is just learning to get along with my 3 RIR's. I will still look for a RIR roo but for now he will be fine.

I will tell you this. That rack they are on is a postal service mail rack. I knows one when I sees one!

Do you work for the Postal service? The rack still has the tags in it!

Yes it is and believe me, I still have the receipt for when I bought it at the auction as excess equipment. And my girls love it as you can see. LOL.

Yes, I am a mechanic for the post office. Started out in NYC at Kennedy airport and moved down South. Love it down here.

BTW, with your picture, you can do two things:

In their old purpose they were used to hold heavy canvass bags that the mail went in between post offices. I don't use them myself it was more of a hassle to remove them.

I was under the impression that steel shouldn't be used for roosts because steel draws heat from their feet.
