Trying this chicken thing

I started in April with 4 Saggitas, 2 black sex links and 10 Rhode Island reds. I butchered the saggitas and 2 of the huge RIR at 12 weeks and 6 more last weekend. I plan on keeping the other 4 to lay. I'm a complete newb and have learned a lot from reading on this site and hope improve my flock.
