What kind of items or products do you keep on hand to be prepared for your chickens.
Are there medicines or any thing else (especially everyday products) that I should already have before my new chicks hatch?
Any and all advice is appreciated.
Thank you, Kathy

A few things that I try to have on hand are: Betadine solution, to dilute in water and use for cleaning wounds, vitamin and electrolyte powder, Blu-kote to treat any wounds or pecked areas, Poly-vi-sol infant vitamin drops without iron, to treat stressed or sick chicks. I also keep on hand a variety of other items such as syringes, wormer, dressings, popsicle sticks, vetRx, as a just-in-case, but that is a start, anyway.

Thank you, there on things on your list I haven't thought of.
