trying to crow

2 of the six EE chicks i picked up from the feed store almost three weeks ago look like they are trying to crow but no noise yet, as these are my first go round with chicks, is this normal or was I just "lucky" and those 2 are cockerels?

If they were supposed to be pullets - unlucky, but if they were straight run you are leaning slightly towards lucky.
