Help talk me into quail (for meat)

I kicked the quail and chicks out to the shed brooder some time ago. Quail are a couple days over 4 weeks old and still get along with the chicks. I'm hoping in another 2 weeks or so I'll be able to put them in their permanent setup and maybe be able to sex them. I did give them some dirt the other day and they loved it.

Grabbed them and took a photo of each. If anyone can possibly guess at genders by feather pattern that would be appreciated.
Brown

White and minimal black

White and max black

Peach

Light brown

I was thinking the same about the browns and peach. Just unsure about the two white and blacks. I think I’ll likely keep the brown male as he’s the biggest so far. We’ll see how they behave by 8 weeks old and then cull the extra boys as they become a problem.
