I think you must be talking about Sandhill Preservation? (ok, now I see the link!

) - They have a good reputation and I've seen some of their Dorkings, Faverolles and Lt Sussex..... they were all very nice birds.

I like the Lt Sussex, but I have to admit I'm more partial to the Coronation Sussex.....I think they are winter layers, I can't remember. Brahma's are not, even though they're gorgeous....

Sounds like your roo is doing a good job .....It must be tough, being a good roo, watching the flock, keeping a bunch of women in line..... hard work!
