Trying to figure out if hen has mareks

We have had a yellow comet chicken named Flan for almost year now, and a few days ago she all of the sudden couldn't get up onto the roosting pole. I noticed that night that she was walking around and complaining. When I analyzed her I noticed one of her pupils was smaller than the other, and it wasn't perfectly round. When analyzing her the following morning I noticed that there was a small ring of dark gray on the inside of the smaller pupil. We isolated her, and so far she has been eating and drinking well, and has solid, normal colored poops. I have been giving her crushed up vitamin b pills (never the whole pill per water serving), which she drinks with enthusiasm. I have had mites in the flock before she (and two other hens came along with her) came along. I have a rooster and hen that were the only survivors. I analyzed Flan and she doesn't have mites or bumblefoot. To give some background, flan came along with two other hens (Morango and Tiramisu) almost a year ago. We do not know their ages, or if the three are the same ages. I just know that they were fully grown when we got them from another owner, and I estimated them to be at a minimum a year old when we got them. Going by that logic, flan is at least two years old. She hasn't had any problems before, only the strange pupil and sudden inability to jump the regular height of the roosting pole. Other than that she walks fine. I wanted to know if I was overreacting or if this is mareks, because my sister insists that flan is fine. I dunno, maybe the pupil is a fluke? I only noticed it all of the sudden the day she couldn't roost. Please, if anybody has information please message me. I lost the siblings to the rooster that I mentioned before, and I had them since they were chicks so it was very hard. Flan is a favorite and we wouldn't want to lose her.

Photos please.
Here are some pictures of her eyes. The weird pupil dilates same as the normal one. The first pic is of the healthy one. The next two pics are of the suspicious pupil.

Thank you for getting these photos. At this time, it does not appear to be ocular Marek's. But it bears watching.

How is this hen this morning? Is she still having trouble getting onto a perch? How is her walking? Limping? Holding one leg forward while trying to cover ground?

What does her poop look like? Is she eating?

I agree with azygous.

She seems to be doing great, she still has a huge appetite and is in a good mood. She clucks every time she spots us. She walks well, and when we put her on the high perch, she has been descending well, no wobbles. Ascending is the problem. I set the perch really low (about the current height she can jump), and has been able to perch. She drinks a lot of water, and has solid, brown and white (sometimes green) poops. I forgot to mention she does not limp at all. It might bear to mention she always had these blue freckles on her legs, only a few. Hope this helps.

How much does she weigh would you guess? Heavier than the others? Heavy chickens aren't interested in high perches. Can you rig a low perch? I have one that several chickens like to use that is about eight inches high.

She weighs the same as the other hens, and I have a rooster double her weight that gets on the same perch as the other hens ( he is also twice as tall). I'm concerned that she used to not have a problem getting on but then suddenly she did. Yes, in the mini coop separate from the others she has a much lower perch (based on the current height she can fly). So, about a foot in height. the original perch in the chicken house is probably a little over two feet if not two feet.
