I’m not sure about 1, perhaps a female. Number 2 looks like a female if you’re venting and there’s nothing coming out. Number 3 is the same as number 1. I think you’d be looking for blueish feathers and I can’t really see any. Number 4 is a bit suspicious because it doesn’t look like it has a bib but the colouring of the breast sort of looks salmon coloured which means male. Number 5 is 100% male. There’s no coming back from a quail with a bib and blue and red colouring. :) 😆
