Trying to figure out the gender

My grey little one is about 11 weeks old, and I cannot tell if they will be a hen or rooster. I have tried looking online but I am not so good at it haha

I don't see any cool roosterish feathers on him/her, so I think she's probable she.

How old? Looks like a cock if he's 12 weeks old or less.

Acts like my hens did when they were that age but hard to know as we recently got our rooster when he decided to join my girls from the neighbors yard. He has been in the coop for about a month now.

Also standing up more straight than usual just based on how the picture came out

I think it is a cockerel. The comb is pretty big and colorful for that age, and the darker coloring at the shoulders is another sign.
