Trying to figure out these chicks!

As far as I know. I got them from Murray McMurray

I feel like I got several kinds of chicks that I didn’t order

I haven't ordered chicks from them so I can't say if that's normal for them or not. I do know they send a free exotic, which is almost always a roosters, so that's probably what the last one is if you didn't order it.

You could contact them if you think you didn't get the correct birds. They should be willing to work it out.

But I’m 95% sure that chick in the 3rd pic is a cockerel

Spring is the busy time for hatcheries. I don't mind an occasional surprise either.

The second one definitely looks like a welsummer or possibly an olive egger (cream legbar/welsummer) to me.

It may be very helpful if you would share with us the list of what you did order…

Did you mark on your order at the time that you placed it "no substitutions"?
MM is an opt out on substitutions
