Do I do wazine 1st and then 10 days later Valbazen?

Dawg53 is the worm expert on BYC, and he says it is not necessary to worm first with Wazine, but to just worm with Valbazen, since it works over a couple of days. In some of the older posts it was recommended, but now most just use Valbazen since it treats all varieties of worms. Wazine only gets the roundworms.

Where would one buy the valbazen and how often on average do you worm your birds?

Gotcha! Thanks so much eggcessive...I'm going to call around some feed stores tomorrow and hope someone has it on hand!

I still need to research exactly how many times to do it but after this initial worming ill probably send a sample to my vet next time to make sure and know what In working with!
