Trying to Hatch an egg

You can get a mop, heat it up with boiling water and let it cool down a bit, and put it on the egg so it acts like hen feathers?

Hi well im far from an expert on hatching chickens but i did do something similar hatching my baby chicks if you keep the temperature correct at around 101.5 degrees and plenty of moisture there's nothing to say it wont work .
Nobody thought my chicks would hatch as i built my own incubator out of a cardboard box and a 100 watt light bulb 2 out of 6 hatched which probably aint that great a ratio .
you could try candling it to see if an embryo has formed

Well it didn't hatch

so we decided to crack it open and found this:
