I agree.. it is extremely frustrating when you go to a website and it is hard to get it to work right.. i wish they would fix all the glitches... and it makes me wonder how much business they have lost due to a temperamental website!

I've had it do that too.. I found out that i had accidentally opened multiple pages on different tabs.. once I closed it all out and started over with just one page (and stayed with just one tab) it worked ok.. I have no idea why their website can be so stubborn at times.. at one point i even ended up emailing their customer service and got a phone call the next day.. the woman on the phone acted like she had never heard of anyone having problems with their website before.. but was more than happy to offer to take my order over the phone.. but I managed to get the website to work on my own and didnt want duplicate orders

Good to know! If I decide to try online again when I order my meat birds, I will remember that. I always have like 4+ tabs open to various sites haha I mentioned that I couldnt order last night but they didnt say much.

I'm pretty sure the website times out after a certain length of time, say 5 minutes or so. I had the same frustrations with my chick order last month. After many unsuccessful attempts, I finally placed my order and received a confirmation email directly afterwards. I don't think they give enough "browsing" time so when it's time to order you have to know what you want and do it quick!
