Trying to post a thread with an attachment...

I am trying to post a new thread with an attachment in this Emergency section of the forum but it says that I don't have permission to create attachments. How do I get permission? I'm sure I have done this before without a problem. Thanks!

You can certainly upload pictures though by using the mountain and moon icon in your editor ~

It's the same icon for mobile version of BYC ~
