I have no advice for you, but I'm proud of you for making this decision. I wish you strength, patience, and the best of luck! You know-- maybe if you report in to BYC how you're doing it might be some positive peer pressure not to dip? Heaven knows you'll get tons of cheers if you can stay off it! Who was quitting smoking in here? She might be a good quitting buddy as well.

Ok I quit cold turkey. It was causing my gums to recede.

Yes I still get that urge every time I hear someone open a can, but I just tell myself I'm stronger.

Now this will sound gross to some people, but when I get the urge bad I put some table salt in my lip.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
