Trying to sleep standing up & looks henpecked

The thing is, I get the impression she’s not going to make it, but I don’t know why. Did she just go blind after getting beat up by the other chickens?

The picture isn't clear enough, but that may be a layer of pus. I would flush the eye well, use sterile saline or eye wash. See if you can loosen in with a bit of manipulation and get it out. I will attach a couple of links at the end, one with info on eye issues, a bird with a similar looking eye is included in it, and one with a video showing some removal of pus. It could have been caused by an injury, debris in the eye, or in some cases a respiratory disease. Once it's cleaned out then terramycin eye ointment (available without a prescription at tractor supply stores and some feed stores) or plain neosporin can be used in the eye 2 - 3 times a day. Once it's out you'll be able to see if the eye is still healthy, or if she will be blind in that eye.
