I'm not sure what she is. She is huge!! Bigger than all the other chickens. She's about 13 wks. She's almost bigger than my 16 wk roo. Can anyone identify??

I thought it was a roo at first but not so sure anymore. The saddle feathers are round and no spurs forming. These are my first chicks so I don't know much but there was no mistaking the roo! His crow and very defined feathers gave him away. This is my roo..the bird in question is right next to him. The feathers look rounded in comparison.

possibly a Delaware? Looks like one to me, they are pretty large birds.

edited: actually, probably not, the comb is wrong. Probably a ee, looks like three row pea comb? Green legs?

I'm pretty sure its an ee but no muffs. Just curious what the mix could be. She's a bit flighty and doesn't care to be held. They aren't laying yet but I hope her size means BIG eggs!!!

I don't think it's a she, not sure what he is?

You were right, i can now see some saddle feathers coming in. I guess he is a "late bloomer". Was really hoping it was a girl but I guess I'll just have to get more girls!! I now have too many roos. Guess we will be expanding the coop AGAIN! :jumpy
