TSC "Easter Special."

A friend just called me and said that TSC had baby chicks and ducks for $1.00 each!!!!! It was an "Easter Special!"
Does anybody else's TSC have this?

DH was at TSC this morning and called me at work to tell me all they had was Cornish ST Run and mixed pullets that all looked like BR and RIR to him. No bantams, no ducks, and no idea from the clerk when those might be coming in

my tsc had the same special.

the cashier said it was ALL birds, it was just chickens.

But we spent 48.00 and walked out with

20 meaties and 18 ducklings ( their whole order that had just arrived and was still boxed up) they had to honor the duckling price i was quoted.

i took advantage a little ... but my FIL freaked out when she charged us 4 something for the ducks after telling us 1.00

Our TSC marked down there chicks for they were not selling. BO, production reds, leghorns and BRs. Last year they could not keep any in stock this year they cant sell them. Now the place I bought my chicks from last year put in an order for 800. This must be why our TSC is not selling.
