Yea. I have 11 EEs already. They are definitely the most active out of the flock.The feathering of yours may look a bit different but it's an EE. I've found my TSC EE's to be really active and robust.
We have 4 EE chicks (2 cockerels and 2 pullets) and one grown EE hen.I have four EEs
This little one could also be a welsummer or a brown leghorn or even a partridge olive egger, if it develops a little crest (at around 3-4 weeks ).Had to make a run to TSC and decided to look a the chicks. They had a bin labeled Golden Lace Wyandotte for a dollar. Which was clearly mislabeled and I told the guy that the label was wrong. I showed him a picture of a Golden Lace and the he said "I guess your right" and " I don't know anything about chickens". So I decided to get one along with some leghorns just to see what it turns out to be. The guy didn't even bother taking the label of them. I'm assuming it's an Easter Egger. Little brown chipmunk one may be. Many breeds have these markings as chicks.
