What a terrible experience. I agree with the other posters that you should report it.

The TSC I go to normally has employees not very familiar with the products and there have been many times I have gone in and they were under staffed. I do not expect them to be able to answer any questions. If I need help it is usually when getting a big item.

The problem I run into is that the few local feedstores that I have been to are so dirty and unkept. This is a huge turn off to me as it tells me that the folks running them do not care about their business or customers. Got a bad bag of feed once from one of these and learned the hard way to be leary of them.

Even though the employees may not know anything about what is being sold at TSC they do keep the store tidy and the goods where they are supposed to be. So far I have not run into any rude ones; the employees here are friendly.

TSC sells hatchery chicks. If you want a specific breed, color, and sex you are better off cutting out the middle man and ordering straight from the hatchery. Yeah it will cost more especially with the shipment cost, but you should get what you order.
