TSC (Hoover’s) breed confusion…..

Oh right I remember her from when you asked if she was a pullet or not!😉 How old is she now?☺️
Six weeks, here is a most recent picture. Even since a couple days ago, it seems like her hairdo is coming in rounded versus spikey

So on there website, it says this batch can either be any of the following breeds. I would look into those breeds and see if they look like your chicks, but praire bluebell is on there so I think that’s a strong guess for BB. For the others three of them seem to look like the “olive egger” chicks as well.

I’ll say you have a bunch of female mixes, probably fitting into designer mutt categories like ‘rainbow Eggers’ or ‘prairie bluebells’

I will keep comparing to those breeds for sure

For the darker ones, the category “olive eggers” is a mutt breed as TheOddOneOut Stated above. It could be that they just have different parents causing them to look a bit different, typically Olive eggers are bred by blue egg layers such as ameraucanas, or cream legbars and a dark brown layer such as marans and barnevelders etc. I would say that stleast three of yours that have more of the chipmunk pattern could have a Barnevelder parent, but since they are mixed breeds it can be rather tricky tryign to find out that information especially with no true. Even when you breed them yourself it can be tricky. I did bred a cuckoo Maran and a ameraucana but the little jerk turned out to be a rooster so I won’t get my green eggs like I hoped lol.
