TSC out of wood shavings

I agree with the other posts. Walmart pet department carries good size bags of pine and cedar wood shavings.

im really limited as to what I will buy at TSC because repeatedly I go in and they dont have what I need or are sold out. Shavings, chick starter, waterer. If I have to go in and they have shavings I grab a bag to keep handy. I have got them at Walmart too for about the same price. At Petco here shavings are 3x as much.

would hardwood shavings be ok to use for bedding for grown hens?maple shavings,,no oak
