Tube feeding 10 week old chick-anyone been down this road?

You don't say how many pullets you have but it sounds like 3? Maybe you could isolate the other 2 birds, let Buttercup get accustomed to the coop again for a few days and then introduce the more docile of the others. After a few days, add the other one. It should mess up the pecking order of the birds enough to let Buttercup in.
OR
keep Buttercup isolated and add one bird to her pen and keep the other in the coop. Let those two work it out then introduce both of them back to the coop.
OR
maybe put them in pens near each other but not able to actually touch for a few days. Let them get to know each other without having to fight for pecking order. Once they determine she is not a threat, maybe they will let her back in.
I don't know much about chickens but I do spend most of my free time browsing this site so this is kind of what I can remember what other people have suggested....

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and have four new Polish Crested chicks, unknown sex.

They are about five weeks old and have been so fun and friendly but three days ago "Tina" started looking lethargic. I brought all four in to keep them out of the wind (they'd been on the back porch for about a week) and put a heating pad in. After not getting better and then seeing "Billy" getting sick I took the four into the vet.... he found the two tiny ones have an enormous load of coccidia that we are trying to get under control. They're getting Baytril 2X a day, Albon 2X a day and I am supposed to be tube feeding the two who won't eat.

Question: if the crop does not become empty, should I not feed more? I'm wondering if Tina's intestines are shutting down because her crop doesn't empty. I'm not over feeding, have hardly fed anything more than 1/2 ml of syringed baby food + the antibiotics.

Still trying to keep her going; I think Billy is improving. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
