I thought you might like to see some of these very pretty chicks growing out from your eggs. They are 12 weeks on friday.
The deep reddish brassy loking cockeral is the blue/buff cross. he is a very sweet boy and would make a wonder flock roo for someone with a mixed flock.
I love both of the splashes from this hatch.
I feel pretty lucky with the ratio of pullets to cockerals I got out of these eggs.
This is one of the black boys enjoying some cool shavings to nestle into.
This pullet is the lt. brahma/blue orp cross. The lacing in her feathers is very pretty. There is another one much much light than this one but she wasn't having her photo made today.
