Tuft on my Sebbie gosling? Even more PICTURES on page 2

Sebastian looked like a Sebastopol when he hatched--he had a little bit of gray on his back. (Then again, I've never seen a baby Roman Tufted.) The eggs I purchased were probably about 4 inches long and white.

The eBay seller's name is kbliew.
She's from San Mateo, California. Looking at her feedback profile, it appears that she sells Sebbie, Giant Dewlap Toulouse, and Emu eggs. I paid her right away and received the eggs quickly. I have no reason to believe that she would be dishonest. I haven't contacted her yet, but will soon.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how he feathers out!

Thanks,
Amanda

Well if Sebastian is a Roman Tufted and not a Sebbie, I have bad news for you. He is not a HE, He's a She. LOL Roman Tufted's that have Gray on them are females. Roman Tufted's that are all yellow when they're born are males. LOL I know this because I have both Sebbies and Roman Tufted's.

I don't remember seeing his tuft in the photos when he was born, Amanda. Now its quite obvious that its there but I definitely don't remember it before. Hmmm and the mystery deepens.

And AMANDA!! I have a bone to pick with you!!! I got a package in the mail today!! I have to go start dinner but I'll "talk" to you in a little while.

HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs sweetie!!

Laurie

Looking forward to seeing how your tufted baby turns out.

We have a lady on our Sebbie forum that has some tufted Sebs.
There seems to be a few out there that have this trait.
Not only are they tufted but she has a female with a very curly and adorable poof.

Hello--

Sebastian IS a tufted Sebastopol. He's all grown-up now and it's for sure a tuft. It's quite cute.

I'm hoping to get a female sometime, but it would take a while before we'd get eggs.

When I do get eggs, I'll let people know that I have some.

Thanks for asking,
Amanda
