tumor on chicks neck

Hi I,m a newbie chicken lover. I got 6 chicks about 2 weeks ago and one of them has developed a growth on the side of her neck. its big enough to keep her head sideways. She is eating and drinking ok, but she is not as active as the other chicks. I don,t want t to destroy her if I don,t have too. Any suggestions for me?

Are you sure it's not just the crop?
