What breed is she and how old is she?

I will send a picture when i get home but she could be a golden comet. she is older then 3 years old and probably lower than 5 so somewhere between that age.

Yes, the Gizzard does have rocks to grind up food.

There is no way to know if it's a tumor you are feeling or what. For me, if a bird is doing o.k. and not showing signs/symptoms of discomfort I leave them alone. Sometimes less is more.

yeah she doesn’t seem to be showing any symptoms but there is no treatment for tumors right?

Gut feeling here is that it is reproductive tract complications - very possibly a malignancy.

At her age I would agree that a reproductive problem or cancer could be possible, since those are common causes of death in most high production hens over two.

also, i have tried to feel it more and it seems to be the shape of a circle.

Malignancy is a cancerous tumor. Chickens can get several types of cancer. It is hard to know what you are feeling. It might be a tumor or an organ. The gizzard is round. Many times we don’t know what is foing on until a chicken dies when we can ddo a necropsy.
