Tumor?

My rir is seven years old, has a large lump on her chest and recently started loosing feathers. Any ideas? All the others seem ok.

It could be a breast blister from pressure on her breast bone if there is a scab. Can you get a better picture? Does she roost on a perch at night, or lie on the floor?
 
It's not a scab, it's a lump that the feathers are now falling off of just the lump. She roots on a perch ok. Her is a better picture.

The crop is on the right side upper chest extending downward. The crop normally will fill up during the day while eating and drinking, and then overnight, it should normally empty by morning, unless they have a crop disorder. Check it in morning at daylight before she eats to see if it is empty. If the lump is still there, it may be a tumor or cyst. Here is a link that shows a full crop:
