I got these "turkeys" and are they really turkeys?

Is there such thing as a non-naked neck turkens? If so, then is there a chance the they are those?

Those are not turkeys, and they are not naked-neck turkens either. As for what chicken breed they are, I am not sure. Someone else will have to chime in on that one.
They are really cute though!

All naked necks will have males necks. If they sont, they're not even part naked neck genetically
