I love my silkies they are quiet even the roos they have little crows it's so cute I have never had turkens so im no help there and so you know sexing silkies is hard so good luck I hope you get what you want

thank you, i have looked at pics of some silkies they are adorable, good to know that they are quiet, i have heard that turkens are very social and mellow.im looking forward to meeting them all

Hi. Welcome to BYC! I don't have silkies (they are cute but I decided my set up won't work for them) but I am becoming a big fan of turkens/naked necks. I had 2 initially and bought more this spring because they have such sweet personalities.
