I have 8 chickens, 2 zebra finches, and 2 ferrets.
And my favorite color is green.

Trust me you may like snow when you fist see it and experience it but after years of dealing with it it gets annoying cold making it nearly impossible to keep your birds from getting frostbite let alone yourself but it is fun to build things with and shove down siblings shirts as a prank

Wow you live in Britain whats it like? I live in New York
Where there is a lot of snow during the winter and it can get up to 100 degrees during the summer but rarely happens the highest that I know of was 90 degrees

I have quite a few animals owning or owned ever
Cats
Dogs
Birds(mostly poultry)
Ferrets
Rabbits
Gerbils
Hamsters
And others I am sure of just can't remember

Oh my god! I just heard Coco shrieking outside and knew that something was wrong. I rushed out to see her being carried away by a Cooper's hawk!!! So I charged toward the hawk and luckily he lost his grip on Coco, stopped to land, saw me running at him, and flew away! I scooped her up and inspected for wounds- didn't see any blood- so I brought Nilly (who was hiding underneath a pile of pine needles) and Coco back inside.
Coc seems to be fine, a bit shaken by the attack, but is eating and acting normally. Though I added some poultry vitamins in her water just in case.

Whew! What a day.
