Sorry, I don't know the age other than it is not really old.Would you happen to be able to guess about how old the turkey may be ? Thanks.
I'm leaning toward a pair of broad breasted bronze hens. They look young and I don't see any beards on either of them if those are pictures of both.
In the photos, it looks black on my monitor but lighting conditions can cause things to look differently from what they are. You may be correct about it being a tom. If so, it is likely a late developing tom that is not even a year old. I see no spur buds but I also don't see the telltale light colored lower edges on the breast feathers that would indicate a hen.@R2elk is likely right on the breed. He knows turkeys. Looks like a male to me, much to large for a hen. Not real old though like R2elk stated. Last summers/falls maybe.
