Turkey breed?

How can you tell the difference between a Broad Breasted White and a White Holland? I took the mystery poult from the feed store and I'm not sure what he/she is, but I've narrowed it down to these two.

If you got them from a feed store more than likely they are BBW's. It's been quite a few years since we raised any BBW's but we have had White Hollands for a long time. The BBW poults were almost round in body shape, short thick legs, very stocky with large heads. As it grows you will be able to tell. The BBW is the cornish cross of turkeys so it will eat like a teenager and grow like a weed.

I did get them from the feed store, originally Murray McMurray. He/she certainly is larger than the bourbon reds but doesn't look at all like the BBW that we had last year. It is much prettier, taller, larger body but more refined looking . I really need to get a picture up.
