I had two with femur area fractures... one was a mature hen with a fractured femur and it tried to get it to set for *weeks* before I gave up. Second was a mature 12 pound Muscovy drake, and I think his fracture might have included part of his hip. That I got to set, and he was at the point where he could walk a little, but then he escaped from his cage and re-fractured it.![]()
