We gave Mr. Turk a Tylan injection this morning but he sounds very very congested. He sounds like his head is full of mucous, like he's breathing under water. We continue to believe it's upper respiratory and now feel rather pessimistic about his chances. We are thinking of squirting some down the throat for the next dose but also worry about how much damage the stress (of treatments) is doing to him too. We'll just keep trying though. I know I read (on this thread or others; I read a bunch) that some people do an injection and then do the oral down the throat so I think it would be okay to try that. Poor guy, this was very sudden but we did have all-time record lows in OK this week so it was tough on everyone. Thanks.
